I'd like to get a little duo going and hit up some stores in Bixby Knolls and find a place to set up for 1st Fridays.

I sing and play lead/rhythm guitar and would like to find a double bass player in the area who can preferably do bg vocals and sing a few leads if they like but singing isn't mandatory. You don't have to be an amazing player but if you are, well that works too, haha.

George Jones, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Dwight Yoakam, Buck Owens are my favorites to sing and play.

I'd like at least get together for a practice session and take a video so i have something to show the store owners. No rush on getting that done but just letting you know that's the goal here.
