Well established and rapidly growing Management Company is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to effectively assist Director of Management, located in Long Beach. We are looking for a committed professional with a minimum of 2+ years' experience in an office manager position (preferably in property management) or related field.
The position is responsible for all aspects of assistant duties, to include: , basic office duties, answering phones, filing, site visits to properties, issuing and posting notices, misc office tasks, as well as maintaining client and tenant relationships, weekly and daily reports, light traveling, involvement in various projects within the office and at properties, reception coverage, customer service issues.
Ideal candidates must be an excellent communicator, customer service oriented individual committed to completing assignments to the best of their ability with a strong desire to improve/ resolve problems. The office manager should have a pleasant, can-do attitude, and flourish working both as a team member and independently.
· 2 years' experience office manager (preferably in the real estate management field)
· Computer skills -- Microsoft Office, Excel, Email.
· Ability to meet deadlines, by being organized and effective.
· Responsible, accountable and have the ability to be flexible.
