Position Overview:
Responsible for providing professional. friendly, and efficient support to customers and internal staff. This position handles incoming phone calls, greets visitors, performs light computer and administrative work, and helps maintain smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors
- Perform light computer tasks, including data entry, email correspondence, and basic document preparation
- Maintain organized records, files, and front office supplies
- Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination, and general office communication
- Provide administrative support to management and office staff as needed
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception/office area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries
- Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, office software)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Prior office or receptionist experience preferred
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
