Basic Duties to Perform:
We are a Boutique Manufacturer of Natural Candles and Cosmetics- we need help with our administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure high-quality & efficient operation of our front office and production factory environment. Answering phone calls, taking orders and transferring callers as appropriate. Monitoring and ordering inventory for office, factory and break room supplies. Managing with our Team Leaders incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages. Filing and organising records, invoices and other important documentation. Submitting production work orders and scheduling production for our Brand of products and our Private Label Clients. Exceptional phone skills required! Exceptional support for our dept. mangers/team leaders and customer service skills required! Sales or marketing experience is also necessary, along with efficient Computer skills being required! Spreadsheets and tech-savvy are highly preferred. We are a seasonal type business, Monday- Thursdays(32/hr weeks) during warm weather summers, and our winter Holiday time is a busy time and usually Mon-Fri(40/hr/weeks) -
