My dad has a stray cat that’s had TWO rounds of kittens… I’ve called the city, they won’t help. There are 5 tiny babies, 2 bigger ones and a mom. He’d like to have someone adopt the little ones, and help him spay/neuter. The older ones. I’ve called some adoption groups, with no help. What can I do??
