Homeowner Association Portfolio Manager / Admin (Long Beach)

compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and portfolio assignment

We are seeking an experienced Condo Association Manager with a can-do attitude and a love for helping people resolve issues. We are looking to fill a position for management of a portfolio containing smaller communities (10-70 units). This may be the right opportunity for those wanting to re-enter the field or move from a strong admin support position into a managing position.

Applicant must be able to handle heavy calls and email communications while providing prompt, top notch customer service.

Job requirements will include, but are not limited to, Board Meeting and Annual Meeting preparation and attendance, strong grammatical skills for correspondence and Minutes, ability to organize and maintain all HOA records, ability to assist with Governing Document interpretation and have a working knowledge and application of the Davis-Stirling Act and Fair Housing practices.

Association Managers will be responsible to respond and follow up on all Emergency services as assigned for 1 week on a rotation of 6 to 8 weeks (24/7 service). Must have experience in property management, have reliable transportation and be available to work some evenings or Saturdays as needed.
