Position: Merchandise Associate (Swag Sales Team)

Join our Merchandise Swag Sales Team and help spread the KAR magic at events nationwide.

Responsibilities
• Load-in and load-out of event setup (boxes, racks, banners, etc.) – must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Set up and organize merchandise displays — think pop-up retail shop.
• Operate and maintain a Point-of-Sale (POS) system for transactions.
• Track inventory, backstock, and report restock needs for upcoming shows.
• Display and manage promotional content on lobby TVs using event apps.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic presence with guests.
• Travel required (typically Thursday PM – Monday AM).

Qualifications
• Retail and customer service experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable using app-based POS and tech systems
• Positive team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to stand for long periods (average 25–40 hours per weekend)
• Must be available to travel Thursday–Monday
• Valid government-issued ID or passport required

💰 DOE: $200 – $1000 per event
⏱️ Hourly: $16 – $18 per hour
