anyone know statutes of limitations on a hate crime from 2017 or 2018...wendy was call "a fucking nig**r by adam white while he was incarcerated on a recorded line over postal stamps...since adam is a snitch & sets people up because he knows feds would be listening, then why didn't FBI file hate crime charges on Adam...
