6-month lease.
All utilities are included, a/c and heat. Including house cleaning of common areas, pool man, Wifi, gardener, and the trailer although small the trailer is furnished w/a twin dize bed, desk, dining table a/c heater/AC
I am only looking for a male roommate who works a regular 40-hour M-F 8-hour type day job away from home, as I am retired, although I am very active. Ideally, someone who only has their clothes as the house/room is fully furnished.

Your rent includes: All utilities including water, trash, gardener, Wifi, pool man, gas, electric, ALL furnishings including pillows, and kitchen stuff,(lite kitchen use) paper goods, and cleaning of common areas, etc.. I have one indoor cat, If you are allergic or don't like cats, please don't inquire.
My area is very safe and is a highly desirable area. My back gate opens up the nature trail and riverbed a straight shot to Seal Beach 7 miles away. There is lots of street parking and tree-lined streets. Street sweeper is on Tuesday 7 am-7:30 Unfortunately you need to be off the street that day/time,
There are no guests allowed. There is limited storage (other than the trailer), so ideally, someone with just their clothes, as I already have everything for you to use!
Cameras indoors and out.
Pool use only, no Jacuzzi
