My condo is located a few blocks from Alamitos beach. The condo is a beautiful well decorated spacious condo located on the first floor. Location wise is great, walking distance to stores, coffees, restaurants, bars (str8 and gay), and Alamitos beach! Your bedroom has all the furniture (bed, mattress, night lamp and table, closet, drawers)
Looking for a super respectful, clean, organized, considerate, super quiet roommate, no drugs, no pets, no party, STUDENTS are welcome (LBCC, CSULB). International students are welcome. I speak Spanish, English, French, and a bit of Portuguese.
There are public buses that pass one block from my place that can bring you to either your college or university.
