Very clean apt you will be shashare the apartment with 2 professional working men each having their own room.
Apartment has only one bathroom and one kitchen. So the bathroom and Kitchen areas are shared. There is shared locked bicycle or surf board storage room as well.
Looking for a male roommate.
No couples or pets and definitely no smoking nor drugs. Security deposit and 1st months rent moves you in plus a non refundable $30 background check.
Rent is $1300 per month and the security deposit is 1 months rent.
The area is super nice east of long beach close to seal beach, a beach safe area to live in very walkable distance to the beach and to 2nd street where there are a number of restaurants and bars etc.
Close to Cal State University Long beach.
