Hello, I am currently renting a room out in Long Beach. It is 1100, utilities/Wi-Fi included. It is just me and my daughter. We are not home too often. I am at work, and she goes to school. The Lease is up in March however if it works out it can be extended. I also have a cat and a dog they are friendly.
