This home is a historic (over 100 years old) tiny backyard home/in-law/bungalow. There’s a front home with a quiet couple there. The owner of the house lives off property but visits and gardens as she loves this home/property. There’s a gorgeous tree in between the two homes. There’s heat but no AC. Flooring is brand new!
THE ROOM
The available bedroom is unfurnished and tiny, can’t fit a queen bed without the door hitting the bed. There’s a tiny private outdoor back patio area for you only. Your bedroom windows face west. The washer and dryer room is attached to your room and has a space for a rolling clothes hanger. You have a private side entrance into your room.
SHARED SPACES
The kitchen, bathroom and living room are all shared spaces. There’s a shed to fit bicycles and a couple storage bins. The living room will not have a TV 😁.
THE ROOMMATE (ME)
I’m friendly and fun and love to dance! I’m a middle-aged queer professional who works from home but out and about as well. I stay 3-4 nights a week in my family home (also in Long Beach) where my ex-wife and I trade off with our kids (3 teens).
I do artsy stuff and have a corner of the living room taken over with art studio stuff. I sleep from about 10:30 pm -8:00 am on weekdays so a night owl would keep me up.
I mostly heat up food, make breakfast and cook dinner about 1x/week.

(I move in 10/25 so the place will be mostly furnished. I won’t have the ability to show it until then but can meet you there sooner to show you the space and outside. I know, odd.)
