North American Security and Investigations (NASI) is hiring professional Dispatch position in the Compton area. We are looking to fill a full-time position. Must be flexible.
Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour starting rate. Pay rate will increase once training is completed.
JOB DESCRIPTION: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• 3A3P Compliance
• Alarm Notification
• Knowledge of All Responsibilities applicable to Gate and Ped Positions
• Answering Calls (Landline / Work Cell)
• Assisting co-workers as needed
• Available for Overtime up to 4hrs if needed.
• Completion of All applicable post logs (seal, manifest, gas receipt log etc…)
• Conducting Release and Regiscope procedures at driver’s window
• Dispatch DAR (submitted daily via email)
• Dispatching Inbound / Outbound traffic, Releases and code-6 issues as needed from all locations
• Incident Reports: Completion/Submission when applicable
• Monitoring email communications
• Monitoring Open Releases
• Post Check calls
• Professional communication/correspondence with Drivers, Customers, Co-Workers and Management
• Scan and email applicable documentation
• Training: *Dispatch Training (authorized only)
• Data entry of Drop Slips (all units)
• Cutting / Restock (Drop slips / Release Slips)
• Compliance of all policies, protocols and procedures as described by employer and/or the customer which are subject to change without prior notice.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Valid CA Guard Card
• Valid CA ID
• High School Diploma or above
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Security and or Loss Prevention experience preferred.
• Work experience in logistics environment preferred.
