If you have a bedroom to rent in your home/condo or apartment I am interested. Move in would be after December 15, 2025. I am completely open to all of Long Beach/LA and Orange County areas. My job as a personal chef keeps me Traveling throughout So Cal so any neighborhood is fine with me. I am a personal chef for family and corporate events all throughout Southern California. I attend a lot of sporting events, and I also like watching sporting events on television. I am a non-smoker and no drugs at all. I go to the fitness center and cycle five days a week. I am looking for a private room, onw bathroom and utilities included. I do not have any pets, but if you do no problem! A family home with children I am fine with. I will not have any overnight guests at all. I am open to all race/religion and sexual orientation. My price range is open as long as the room is in a nice neighborhood.
