I work from home most days in meetings or on my computer, so I keep a pretty calm routine. I travel about 25 percent of the time, which usually means the house stays quiet and easy. I’m clean, respectful, and low impact. No parties, no chaos.
I have a solid career, strong verifiable income well above rent, and a clean background. No pets. No smoking. No drugs. No drinking. One pickup truck, so parking matters. Street parking works if the area is not tight.
I’m single, Latino, recently divorced, and in a good chapter of life. I value clear communication, mutual respect, and a home that feels relaxed. I’m fine with shared homes that have some life in them. Weekend gatherings are okay. 420 friendly homes are fine even though I don’t partake.
Ideally looking in San Gabriel Valley, nearby LA County cities, or select West Inland Empire areas.
Budget target under $1,000 depending on setup. Furnished or unfurnished both work. Month to month is okay, though I prefer six months or longer.
If you’re a reasonable owner looking for a reliable, grown, drama free tenant, we’ll probably get along just fine.
