I am a licensed and registered special/deputy inspector. We do many different types of special inspections including ;

Permit number required for check in with the city before any inspection. Must have approved documents on site prior to calling for inspection. Please schedule for inspection at least a day prior to initial date of inspection. Sometimes same day calls will be processed if schedule is free.
We charge a 4 hour minimum at $300 for any job plus distance traveled. Anything past 4 hours will be charged at 8 hours and anything past 8 hours will be time and a half including weekends. If samples have to be taken it would be another $150 for each set.
