Combine our professional sales staff, along with our fully equipped and field ready service department and a parts department that boasts nearly 100 years of combined experience, and you have a dealership ready to handle the needs of any customer.
We are seeking Construction Equipment Outside Sales Representatives to present and sell our Full-Size Construction Equipment lines to both new and existing customers in Southern California.
Do you have at least one year of Outside Sales experience? We are open to any industry, tell us how you excelled and grew as a Salesperson.
Do you bring hands on knowledge of the construction industry? Familiarity with construction service and job sites would be very helpful in connecting with our customer base.
The right candidate must have the ability to start conversations, present, and demonstrate our products.
Bi-lingual is a plus but not a requirement.
Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screen.

Scott Equipment will provide a company truck, along with a competitive base salary and commission. Scott Equipment has a full employee benefits package that includes medical, dental and life insurance, as well as paid holidays, vacation, and a 401K Retirement Savings Plan.
This position is Full Time, with overtime as needed. Base Salary $40,000.00 PLUS commission.
