Studio suite is inside a Medical Arts Center in the quaint area of Bixby Knolls, Long Beach.
Suite square footage is 664 overall and is shared with Esthetician/Owner.
Room is 10 x 12 (120 sq. ft.)
Brand-new flooring and upgraded paint, both done in August.
Rental includes utilities (water, trash, electric, a/c, Wi-Fi) and inside camera surveillance/alarm for safety/protection.
Shared spaces are: front lobby/ waiting area, front desk space and office closet for storage, linen closet in hallway for storage of supplies, break room (featuring a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle and pod coffee maker) and bathroom. Also includes cleaning supplies and bathroom toilet supplies but does NOT include the actual cleaning of shared spaces. Cleaning of shared spaces determined based on daily usage and agreed upon mutually between us. Access is full-time (24/7), you set your own hours and schedule. Parking is free on street and in adjacent shopping center parking lot. If you are in need of a quiet, beautiful, stress-free environment to work and thrive in, this room is a must see!
