The rest:

This is a historic gem on a Jacaranda tree-lined street located in what Los Angeles Magazine once called one of 'The Best Neighborhoods That Nobody Has Ever Heard Of.' Nestled in the Hollywood Hills.
I'm a very experienced host with guests at this house and other properties since 1995. Many return guests. Even my neighbors rent from me when their families are in town.
The days when families can afford a place to stay in LA are coming to an end. The city wants you to spend twice as much at a hotel with a third of the space. It is truly a sad end of an era. Book now while you still can.
