We’re looking for detail-oriented, energetic, and creative individuals to join our 2026 Touring Media Team as Media Center Associates — combining photo editing and live event production support.

Position Overview
As a Media Center Associate, you’ll work behind the scenes to help organize, edit, and manage the incredible photos and videos from our live dance competitions. You’ll also assist with production setup and breakdown, helping bring the event experience to life.
This role blends digital media work with hands-on event operations — perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail, organizational talent, and a love for live entertainment.

Responsibilities
Photo Editing & Organization
• Cull and lightly edit event photos to meet company quality standards
• Organize, label, and store image files for future use
Video Footage Management
• Label and organize raw video footage (no editing required)
Production Support
• Assist with event load-in and load-out of equipment and branded materials
• Ensure signage and event branding are properly displayed
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and production directors
• Support onsite staff with additional production or media needs

Qualifications
• Experience with photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar) preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Team-player with a positive attitude and willingness to travel
• Comfortable working long weekends (Thursday–Monday)
• Physically able to lift 20 lbs during setup/breakdown
• Valid government-issued ID or passport required
• Experience working with children and families a plus

Compensation & Perks
💰 Pay: $200 – $900 per event / $18–$20 per hour DOE
