Duties:
1. Manage and process all files from start to finish.
2. Maintain accurate and organized digital files in the company CRM system.
3. Create detailed breakdowns for each job, including loan structure, lender, and payment schedules.
4. Follow up consistently with jobs in progress to ensure timely approvals, funding, and completions.
5. Communicate daily with sales reps to confirm paperwork accuracy and job status.
6. Coordinate directly with lenders and maintain strong, professional relationships with lender representatives.
7. Ensure all contracts and finance documents and products utilized are complete, accurate, and compliant before submission.
8. Track loan statuses and update CRM to reflect accurate progress on every file.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in finance, lending, or construction/home improvement administration, preferred.
2. Strong organization and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
6. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general digital documentation.
Compensation: Starting at $1000 per week depending on experience. Weekly pay on Fridays.
