Removed from a water heater that I replaced with a tankless water heater. In perfect working condition.
Timers mount to the wiring of the circulating pump and provide programmable controls to adjust the time-of-day and duration that a circulating pump operates. The timer helps save energy by only running the pump during periods of demand on the system. They can be used in conjunction with an aquastat which starts and stops the pump to maintain a stable water temperature.
