Overview: Up for sale is an incredible floral still life oil painting depicting either yellow chrysanthemums or daisies. The painting is signed in Japanese at lower left (translation reads "Hiroko Yagura"). I haven't found any information on Yagura, but this is just a really stunning piece, showing subtle and impressive technique. It is undated, but based on the canvas age, framing and style, I'd estimate it dates to the 1965-198 range. It comes framed in a lovely two-toned dark wood frame with a linen matting.

Condition: The painting is in very good condition. It shows a few minor scratches and scuffs. Frame is in very good condition with a number of nicks.

Measurements: Painting measures 24 inches high x 18 inches wide. Frame measures approximately 30.5 inches high x 24.5 inches wide.
