Overview: Up for sale is a fantastic vintage midcentury oil painting on canvas depicting a mountain townscape with a highway exiting town. It is signed "Flavia Maier" at lower right. Based on style (including the look of the cars), I'd date this to the 1950s or so. A really cool and well-executed piece. Framed in a lovely carved wood frame with linen matting.

Condition: Painting is in very good condition. Minor paint fleck at center. Frame is in excellent condition.

Measurements: Painting measures 24 inches wide x 18 inches high. Frame measures approximately 31.5 inches wide x 25.5 inches high.
