Overview: Up for sale is an original etching by listed Moroccan artist, Guillaume Azoulay (1949-). Azoulay is a unique artist, skilled in etching, painting and silkscreen works. His pieces often feature horses or other figures. This piece is titled, "Encounter," and depicts two horses meeting together. The etching is matted and framed. I believe this piece is signed and numbered, but the matting unfortunately appears to cover up the signature and edition number. As I understand it, this etching was issued as a limited edition of 300. I don't want to remove this from the frame to take pictures of the signature. Acquired from an estate sale with a number of Azoulay pieces. Azoulay's works typically sell for $1,000-$2,500.

Condition: Etching is in excellent condition. Frame shows some minor weathering, consistent with age.

Measurements: Etching measures approximately 22.5 inches wide x 17.5 inches high (sight). Frame measures approximately 36 inches wide x 28 inches high.
