Overview: Up for sale is a really well-executed oil painting on canvas depicting a tropical scene with a little house in the foreground. This was painted by Jeanne Treible, a Los Angeles/Ventura County artist active in the 1960s through 1980s. I purchased this at an estate sale of the artist's family, which included dozens of her works. Painting is undated, but based on the artist's history, I would estimate late 1960s or 1970s. It is signed "Treible" at lower right and is framed in a nice midcentury period frame with linen matting. I have a few other pieces by this artist that I will list in the near future, so please check my other listings.

Condition: Painting is in excellent condition. Frame shows a few minor scuffs. Matting shows some toning/spotting.

Measurements: Painting measures approximately 16 inches wide x 12 inches high. Frame measures 21.75 inches wide x 17.75 inches high.
