Overview: Up for sale is an incredible moody, nocturnal seascape oil painting on board by Los Angeles artist, Richard B. Moore. I haven't found much information on Moore, but he appears to have been active in the 1950-1970 range, which is when I would estimate this piece was created. It is signed at lower right. Artist's business card is affixed to the back of the frame. It is a tremendous, moody piece that would look great in any art collection. Framed in a simple wood frame with linen matting.

Condition: Painting has a large scratch to the left of center, as well as a few paint flecks. Matting shows quite a bit of foxing.

Measurements: Painting measures 36 inches wide x 18 inches high. Frame measures 43 inches wide x 24.75 inches high.
