They are laces cutouts sewn into soft English netting.
These were parts of our prototype samples for bidding so the sewers could put the dress together piece by piece to allow bidders to do their job.
You'll find sleeves (some pairs, some just one), bodices, backs, etc.
Some might be cannibalized, that's why sold as scraps.
Somebody with creativity and imagination can probably take great advantage of this lot, there are a lot of pieces.
