Gorgeous, Two different Melanie Taylor Kent serigraphs
BOTH are actual SIGNED serigraphs. These are not posters and they are not cheap art "prints".

$600 Or Best Offer each
Flexible down to around $500 each or $1,000 for both

The places that carry the real serigraphs have them up for sale for around $1,500-2,000 each

These are signed and numbered, framed, genuine art gallery pieces with over 40-50 different paint layers hand signed by Melanie Taylor Kent when they were created. Not posters signed with a sharpie at a show

--- NOT rolled and stored in poster tubes like many sold online---
These are her larger framed pieces. She made others that are around half the size.

Much better in person. We only took some bad snapshots of them.
They are bigger and more vibrant in person.

Lighting affects the paint in ways that posters do not.

"Broadway" is a signed Artist Proof for $600
33" wide 45" tall

"Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" is signed and numbered 226 / 300 for $600
31" wide 39" tall

Both for $1,000 ($600 off our original asking price)

------

Auctions online will NOT ship them in their frames.
So the choice is to find one in a gallery or drive across the country trying to pick up the real ones OR

They cut the frames off and roll them in cardboard tubes.
That can damage these serigraphs as they have around 40-80 layers of ink or paint for all the colors.
The few that will do that charge way over $500 extra as these are BIG pieces of glass and they will not guarantee them.

Her signed letters online also refer to them as serigraphs but some sites list them as lithographs

$600 for "Broadway"
$600 For Macy's Parade"
$1,000 for both
Or Best Offer

Some auctions bring in prices as high as $3,000 each but it seems the genuine ones average $1,500-2,500 in resale galleries. But again, they often have difficulty shipping them.

There were only around 250-1,000 made of each of her different art pieces

Those amounts usually include around 50-100 Artist Proofs
The main editions usually have 250-500
And then sometimes a modified version for the company being represented in the artwork such as NBC or Looney Tunes

There are a number of signed cheap art prints that are listed as lithographs or serigraphs.
Those are usually posters with extra logos on them and preprinted autographs.
The versions that are signed later are usually prints that were signed with sharpies or paint markers at events.

Fun to have them autographed, but those versions are NOT the collectible gallery versions

The real ones are signed in pencil once.

"Broadway" is an Artist Proof
