This is a very rare, first edition, of Star Wars - Episode 1, The Phantom Menace. Copyright@1999 Lucasfilm. Hardcover, standard size. This was given to me as a gift, and I must confess that I have never read it, due to the fact that I was told it was very rare. The pages look new, even though it is a used book. There is a small ding on the front right corner of the dust cover, and approx. a 1 1/2" taped tear near the spine. There is also a "Used Book" sticker on the back of the dust jacket. I looked it up at a used book store and it was selling for $65. This will make a thoughtful gift for yourself or another Star Wars enthusiast .
