Up for sale is a Vivalo Special frameset in a stunning ice blue metallic finish with red decals. Peak Japanese steel craftsmanship - the lugs are gorgeous. Based on the serial number, I believe this to be from 2004. I built this up earlier this year in the hopes it'd be a forever bike, but sadly, it's a size too big for me.

The frame is in excellent condition for its age. There are some minor cosmetic dings to the paint throughout (consistent with age), but no rust and absolutely no dents (pretty miraculous for a 20+ year old NJS frame).

I've included a few photos of the bike built up. It was a SUPER sweet fixed gear bike, just too big for me (I'm 5'8").

Sugino 75 Bottom Bracket (NJS stamped)
Hatta Swan Super Deluxe Threaded headset (NJS stamped)
No-name 27.0 seatpost

Please note, NJS frame size is determined by measuring the seat tube from the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the top-tube, making this a size 53. Most modern bike manufacturers size from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. This will likely be closer to what you envision as a size 55 frame.
