standard main strap allows this bag to be worn up to a 45" waist circumference and has many options for adjustments.
The two standard leg straps fit up to 24" circumference.
Front pouch: 3.5 inches at the top x 2.5 inches at the bottom x 5 inches tall x 1.5 inches deep
Main Middle Pouch: 6 inches at the top x 4.5 inches at the bottom x 1.5"- 4" deep (pouch opens wide) - Zipper measures 12 inches and is shorter on one side
Back Top Pouch: 4.5 inches wide x 7.5 inches tall and can open to 1.5 inches
