It can be used as an overnight bag, gym bag, for work, college or school!
It's made out of a strong canvas material, providing ultimate durability. Top carrying handle and two side handles. It's adjustable, padded and has HeatGear shoulder straps for extra comfort. It has a side zipper entrance to main compartment and an adjustable elastic cinch top storage compartment. There are lots of interior pockets for organization, including a velcro pocket and two insulated zippered mesh pockets to keep your snacks or drinks cool. Two expandable pouch snap pockets. Two loops around bottom for easy carrying of your weight belt. There is a super soft-lined laptop sleeve on back (can hold up to a 15" MacBook Pro or similarly sized laptop)....this zipper is semi hidden. There is a woven label on back with an inspiring message from The Rock. On the outside, there are various places to clip/attach your keys, flashlight, hand sanitizer.....
