This was bought to be used as a prop in a fashion show for business attire and was never actually used to carry anything, so it is basically new. It is lined in deep pink and the outside is a pale gray. It measures 17 inches across by 12 inches tall and it can expand up to 5.5 inches wide. it has a small hand strap as well as a long shoulder strap that can adjust from 20 inches long to 25 inches long. The front has a outter zipper pouch that has a cell phone pocket inside of it, and an outer side pocket for things you need easy access to often. The main part of the case zips all the way around and inside there are two main compartments that could each fit a laptop computer, one is lined in pink velvet so that it's super cushy and soft and won't scratch anything, and the other is lined in pink waterproof nylon. There are also several inside pockets - a long skinny one that zips closed to hold tons of pens and pencils, some small pockets to hold credit cards, 2 tall, skinny slots to hold highlighters or marking pens, and two larger pockets to hold a cell phone, camera, small book, etc. There is also one last compartment on the outside of the back of the case that velcro's shut. All of these compartments and pockets make this a great bag to keep you organized. You can use this as the perfect school bag, work bag, etc. It can hold A LOT more than just a laptop.
