Independent Feature Film Seeking Location

compensation: Up to $200 per day

We’re in need of a furnished, ground level bungalow, guest house or large studio apartment for an upcoming ultra-low budget independent film shooting in mid-October. It would great if it also had a yard or apartment building courtyard.

The location must be very quiet, free from airplane noise, construction, schools, noisy neighbors, etc. This is a dialogue-heavy film so a quiet location is a must. We would need the location for 7-10 days.

We are looking for centrally located areas in LA county only, preferably in the San Fernando Valley or Westside.

We can offer up to $200/day, depending on the location.

Please respond with photos of the interior and exterior of the location and exterior of any yard or courtyard.
