We are a growing model casting agency that helps clients for Brand sponsored photoshoots, parties, and events with spokesmodels, print models, and atmosphere models. We need help managing the submissions and choosing the best candidates for these regular gigs.
-You are a positive person, who takes direction well and is optimistic when it comes to problem solving.
-You're responsible, a quick learner and very reliable (that means not flaking on the interview)
-Must be able to show up on agreed upon days to work in our home office and have own means of transportation for local errands if needed.
-You are good with words and can write up casting descriptions based on criteria we provide.
-You can adapt quickly to new tasks and are able to work a few hours during the week in office and sometimes on weekends (remotely) as scheduled/needed.
-Ideally you have basic experience or are willing to learn about casting and staffing events, with the opportunity for bigger responsibilities after a short probation period.
-You have your own laptop to work from and are good at troubleshooting basic things like password resets, email log-ins, account changes and other challenges that may pop up when working with new software/website log-ins.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:
-You would be learning to use and manage multiple websites to post castings, and filter through the submissions to provide the best candidates for staffing our clients' events.
-Basic understanding of Excel, MS Word, and Google Calendar are required and a willingness to learn new software is a must.
-Pay is $12/hour with some opportunity for commissions on models that are selected from your submission groups for certain events & parties.
-Ideally this can be done in roughly 20-25 hours per week, but there is opportunity for more with the right reliable and trustworthy candidate.
