You just take a picture, write down the address, and present what you find to me each week.
You get paid $500-$1,000 if we close a deal on it.
You will drive around and take a picture of the front and back of problem houses (if vacant) and give me an idea of condition as well as place a flyer on the front porch, mailbox, etc.
