Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic and professional team. In this role, you will assist a California DMV Permit Specialist with apportioned plate registrations. No prior experience is required—we provide full training. Benefits are available after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming calls using multiple phone lines while maintaining organized and efficient communication
Assist customers over the phone with inquiries related to trucking permits and registration
Provide updates to customers regarding orders, pricing, and processing status
Manage administrative tasks, including paperwork and filing
Proactively engage with new prospects and existing customers to support sales growth
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish (required)
Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable, responsible, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational, filing, and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
