What will you be doing?
āœØ Be the first point of contact for all support communications, providing exceptional assistance via phone, email, and Zoom.
āœØ Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and gather product feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
āœØ Handle customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
āœØ Keep support documentation up to date, both internally and customer-facing.
āœØ Actively contribute recommendations for continuous product and process improvement.
āœØ Create customer-facing resources to address common questions and issues.

šŸ”‘ Demonstrated perseverance in resolving customer requests.
šŸ”‘ Aptitude for learning and sharing knowledge with others.
šŸ”‘ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
