We’re growing FAST and need talkative, energetic, and goal-driven people to help our sales team stay busy!
This is NOT a typical customer service job. You won’t be solving billing issues or answering basic service questions. Your mission is to generate sales opportunities by calling warm leads, booking appointments, and getting our reps in front of interested homeowners.
If you love connecting with people, hitting goals, and getting PAID WELL to talk all day—this is for you.
Position: Sales Appointment Setter
Your day-to-day will include:
Making outbound calls to homeowners (warm leads – no cold calling)
Following up via phone, text, and email to book high-quality sales appointments
Managing lead flow and calendar scheduling for our sales pros
Logging interactions in our CRM (we use ServiceTitan—bonus points if you’ve used it!)
What We Offer:
$17–$25/hr base + commissions + daily SPIFFs
Daily cash bonuses for top performers
Weekly Pay (because who wants to wait?)

Flexible hours: M–F (8am–5pm or 9am–6pm), weekends optional
Paid training (no HVAC experience needed)

Sales-minded individuals with great phone presence
You love talking to people and aren’t afraid to sell
Organized, reliable, and ready to learn
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Gmail, and CRMs
Bilingual a plus, ServiceTitan experience a bonus
