Are you looking to kick-start your career in the fashion industry? ARGYLE Haus of Apparel, a leading fashion design and apparel manufacturing company based in the San Fernando Valley, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and excited to learn how fashion brands bring their ideas to life—from first sketch to final product.

What You’ll Do:
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support our internal teams and help manage communication with clients. You’ll be part of the full apparel development and production process, making sure things stay on track and on time.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

Being the main contact for clients and helping guide them through each step of their project

Tracking timelines, meetings, and deliverables with our design and production teams

Using tools like Google Docs, Excel, and Outlook to organize and update project details

Scheduling fittings, meetings, and production milestones

Helping solve problems and keeping everything running smoothly

Communicating clearly with both clients and teammates in person, over email, and on the phone

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and an eye for organization

Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Willing to speak directly with clients and learn how to manage professional conversations

Any experience in fashion, production, or customer service is a bonus—but not required!

College degree is a plus, but not required

Spanish/English bilingual is also a plus
