Make outbound calls to homeowners
Set in-home appointments (not selling)
Stick to the script, stay focused, and hit your goals
✅ What You Get:
$19.25–$20/hr base pay, based on experience
Commission + weekly spiffs
Mon–Thurs 9–5 | Fri 9–2
No nights. No weekends. In-office only
