1985 Mercedes Benz 500SEC
Purchased recently as a restoration project, but ended up finding another one that I am going to go with instead due to color and options.
The previous owner was selling this as part of his late father’s estate sale with no title. The vehicle has no lien and is clean CA title. I am in the process of waiting for the bank that held the original loan to send the CA REG 156 Lien Satisfaction form so that title replacement and registration can be completed.

I tested the vehicle with a new battery and fresh gas, it turns over and starts but does not stay running. Shop thinks it is the fuel distributor.

Vehicle will need to be towed from my house.
