Beat the Tariffs and ridiculous auto loan costs today! Here is a beautiful classic German-engineereed masterpiece that was only made for two years. This gorgeous Mercedes Benz CLK-550 V8 convertible seems like it was created specifically for California and you don't ever see this particular car in this cherry condition. Seller has maintained this car meticulously and recently went through it with a fine-tooth comb to make sure the next owner will be happy and well taken care of. Truly a special ride.
The ride on this beauty-meets-beast makes you feel like you're in a jumbo jet—as its ride is buttery smooth and air-cushioned. This CLK-550 is a LUXURY car and feels like the posh ride it was made to be. Of course, this V8 5.5L engine pulls 400 horses and 409 lb-ft of torque, so you won't be at a loss for power. Originally upgraded AMG parts to boost performance, with AMG wheels and chrome tailpipes. Very sweet and slick package.
A/C is ice cold and charged. Tires are NEW. Battery is NEW. Rear turn and signal lights are NEW. Auto 14-way seat adjustment controls are NEW. Steering wheel cover is custom and NEW. Also just had both sides of the front seat belt pretentioners replaced ($500 each side—big job and you’ll be glad they’re new).
As mentioned, fresh oil change and servicing just completed. Brakes still have a lot of life on them. Convertible top was just refurbished and realigned at a major cost. Canvas top is in near mint original condition. Leather seats in front have become a little firm from use but are still in good shape. To add comfort to the already plush ride, a brand new set of gorgeous custom (genuine) sheepskin covers were made for the front and they work beautifully and feel simply amazing to sit on. Rear seats are fine because they were rarely used. The stereo and 6+1 CD and CD Changer all work great. The other features like navigation, cruise control and climate gauges all work beautifully.
Again, this JUST got a fresh full oil change with additional mileage service so the new owner will be set for a while. The sale price already reflects a financial loss to the seller with all that was just put into it, but seller is more concerned about passing along a GREAT car to the new owner.
Not much else to say. The paint is still amazing but there are a couple very minor nicks/dents in a few places. But you have to really bend in and look at an angle to see them well. Overall, the car is in pretty impeccable condition (see the photos!). However, you must see in person to truly appreciate. But for this price, you can't go wrong.
Comes with all original manuals and a car detailer even made a special matching wood burl wrapped utility pen for the glove box that looks spectacular and is one of the coolest things about this car. Also comes with a brand new ALL-WEATHER CAR COVER with storage bag (visible in the trunk).
Clean title/smog and no games. Just reduced from $12,500 to $8,950! Seller also willing to help make the transfer as cost-effective and painless as possible. The best part is that a portion of the proceeds beyond a certain threshold will go to arts education charities.
