I love patina trucks, so I am bias. New floor pan, rebuilt carb and transmission, and new brake and fuel system (including tank and fuel neck). Seats need upholstered, wiring and suspension need attention, and needs new block and cylinder head (cylinder is cracked beyond repair and cylinders heads seep moisture from the coolant channels). I bought it from the son of the original owner. The truck had been in the family his entire life.
