This is a 1973 Triumph Stag that has been converted to use an American motor and transmission. Many other mechanical upgrades but cosmetically stock. It has a professionally converted Buick V6 motor, new carburetor, new exhast, new radiator, new tires, and much more. It is very fun to drive and always a great conversation peace. Very few people know what kind of car it is. The Stag is Italian designed and English built with the benefit of American powertrain. No more undependable motor and electronics like the originals. I have always loved the styling of this car and see it as a worthy investment. I am currently out of room in my garage so I would like to find it another loving home. It's ready to drive as is and enjoy around town. I put it in the British car show at the Oxnard Harbor a month or so ago. It's hard to get more bang for the buck in pure driving enjoyment and styling than this car. The value will continue to increase but not as quickly as some of the other big-time exotics. It has the original upholstery which is usable but is due for replacement when somebody wants to take the car to the next level. The paint is OK but there are some dings and scratches here and there. This has a convertible black top and the rear plastic has been removed because it was cloudy. I've never put the top up and I've never driven it in the rain because it stays in my garage if it's not a sunny day. It has a clear California title in my name in my possession. The tags have been recently updated as well. Obviously, no smog is required. I've priced it low for a quick sale. I also have some additional parts and brochures that will come with the car. Please reach out if you have any questions but do not ask if the car is still for sale, this ad will be canceled when it sells. I would appreciate if you would leave a phone number so I can get back to you rather than just some link to an email. I will not click on random email links. Thanks.
