Family Child Care seeking an outgoing assistant teacher to assist with preschool age children. This position is for a licensed daycare in a home setting (197407189). Under general supervision, responsibilities include provide appropriate supervision for children, preparation of daily classroom lesson plans and activities, facilitate various activities for children's learning including songs, games, storytelling, language arts and mathematical concepts, diapering, potty training and feeding as needed, cleaning associated with care of children, other duties as needed. Candidate must be fluent in English with the ability to read, write & speak English to be understood by children and adults affiliated with the facility. Experience preferred, but not necessary, willing to train the right reliable candidate. Candidate needs to be at work every day with no more than 1 absence every three months. Will need to pass fingerprint DOJ clearance, must have immunizations and CPR (can complete CPR once hired).
