It is in excellent condition!
It runs off two AA batteries but I'm also including an a/c adapter. Also included is a battery powered Binaural Microphone set (runs off 9v battery) as well as the Minidisc Walkman folding headphones. Everything has been tested and works perfectly. I also have the manual, and I'll include 5 blank minidiscs - four opened and one unopened.
This is an amazing setup for recording live music, as the dual mics allow you to record in stereo and the quality is fantastic. The unit is small enough to fit in your shirt pocket and the mics can be clipped to your collar. Low-key, high quality!
I'm in Castaic (near Magic Mountain) most days, but on Tuesdays I'm usually in Van Nuys, and could meet you there that day if you want to check it out.
