As you can see from the last photo, these phone systems sell on the internet right now for $99 - $139, so this price is great and these are not "refurbished" because that term means that the item has problems and stopped working and then was repaired. My unit(s) never had to be refurbished because they have worked perfectly all along.
This phone unit is great for when you want to have an instant intercom system in your home, company or office. This phones has 12 lines that you can assign to separate rooms, so with the touch of a button you can instantly open up a line of communication with anyone in the room or location you need.
The phone also has buttons for:
Auto Redial
Hold
Hands-Free Speaker Phone
Auto Dial
Messages
Flash (so you can click back and forth using "Call Waiting"
Auto Answer
Mute
Volume Dial to increase sound of ringer or voice on the call
A digital read-out screen that shows the time / Extension / Call Log of previous calls/ System Speed / Etc.
The phone comes complete with it's own cord to plug directly into any wall phone jack, so having an instant intercom system is as easy as plugging the cord into the wall jack. An operation manual is also included so you can see a list of each feature and know how to work it.
This is a VERY EASY phone system to set up and operate. The manual and labeled buttons on the phone make it pretty obvious how to work everything.
NOTE: If you also with the purchase the other 5 phones that I have (Model # KX-T7436 - 2 white and 3 black) those have 24 room capabilities for intercom use and those sell for $89 each in my other listing or take all 5 of them for $410.
